Researchers are currently using a very labor intensive process to culture human cells to preromr cutting edge research. The current cell culturing process is highly analogue, wasting the reserachers time with simple tasks such as feeding, remonval of waste, and imaging the cells. This results in one researcher spending twenty hours per week running a single 5 day cutlure; when he/she could be using that time for analysis of results. Technology

The Obruza Cell System was designed to manage the life cycle of an experiment. It does this by allowing the researcher to place the groth cassette into the Obruza Cell System which then takes over controlling all aspects of the experiment such as temperature control, PH, gas profusion (up to four different gasses), media flow, and 200X imaging via a optical light field microscope with optional 40X or 400X three-wavelength fluorescent microscopy and phase contrast system, all while allowing the researcher real time access to the images through the internet.
